Individual Therapy

Each session ranges from $120 to $195 if paying out of pocket for therapy. We accept the following payments for self-pay:

– Check
– Credit card and Debit card
– Flexible spending account (FSA)
– Health savings account (HSA)

If you wish to pay using insurance, we are an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
– Optum
– Blue Cross Blue Shield
– Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly AllWays Health Partners)

We started this practice in order to ensure that therapy is accessible to everyone. Therapy with BennuCare is a health service. This means you can use your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)credit or debit card to pay for counseling services with us. There is also the out-of-Network benefits services with your insurance if you have a PPO. You are allowed to have a portion of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible. BennuCare provides an equitable income-based scale for those experiencing financial hardship and wishing to pay out of pocket for individual therapy.

We offer a Free Initial Consultation session. This initial consultation session gives you the opportunity to meet with us informally and determine if the services that we provide meet your goal.

Short & Long Term consultation/coaching

We offer a fee-based consultation sessions for 15, 30 and 60 minutes to work on a specific situation and gain insight. We will work with you to create a plan and explore options. There is no insurance involved, and therefore, no diagnosis given. This is a fee-based, out of pocket service.

Consulting

We have experience working with technology companies on various corporate initiatives. We will work with you, your organization or corporation to design a consulting plan that will effectively address your project, product and initiatives needs and help you achieve your objectives.

Clinical supervision

We offer clinical supervision for social workers and eligible mental health providers to meet clinical licensure requirements. Our fee for clinical supervision is $125/hr. We do offer an equitable income based scale. Please use our contact form to discuss.

Individual Intimate partner grief coaching

We offer coaching services around the unique and complex challenge along with conflicting emotions for those who lost intimate partners. The focus of these sessions will be problems solving, readiness, love, intimacy, life transition, trust and communication. There is no insurance involved, and therefore, no diagnosis given. This is a fee based, out of pocket, service.
