Individual Therapy

Each session ranges from $120 to $250 if paying out of pocket for therapy. We accept the following payments for self-pay:

– Check
– Credit card and Debit card
– Flexible spending account (FSA)
– Health savings account (HSA)

If you wish to pay using insurance, we are an in-network provider for the following insurance plans:
– Optum
– Blue Cross Blue Shield
– Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly AllWays Health Partners)

We started this practice in order to ensure that therapy is accessible to everyone. Therapy with BennuCare is a health service. This means you can use your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA)credit or debit card to pay for counseling services with us. There is also the out-of-Network benefits services with your insurance if you have a PPO. You are allowed to have a portion of each session reimbursed after you meet your deductible. BennuCare provides an equitable income-based scale for those experiencing financial hardship and wishing to pay out of pocket for individual therapy.

We offer a Free Initial Consultation session. This initial consultation session gives you the opportunity to meet with us informally and determine if the services that we provide meet your goal.
